About Us

Victoria brings deep experience in government oversight, investigations, ethics, and political compliance. Her work spans the executive branch, Congress, political campaigns, and advisory roles supporting organizations navigating accountability, reputational risk, and complex governance challenges. She is known for providing calm, strategic judgment in sensitive situations—helping clients identify risk early, resolve issues discreetly, and prepare for heightened scrutiny.

Victoria has served in senior investigative and vetting roles within the federal government, including work involving executive-branch oversight and congressional investigations. She has advised organizations and campaigns on compliance, internal issue resolution, vetting, and preparation for public and institutional scrutiny. In addition to her advisory practice, she teaches Government Investigations at Cornell Law School, where she focuses on oversight mechanisms, investigative tools, and public accountability.

Her approach is preventative, strategic, and grounded in real-world experience navigating the legal, political, and reputational pressures faced by organizations in the public eye.
